Not a fit

Questions
Who does the work?
Hands-on engineering executives. No account managers, no bench of contractors. The executive on your fit call is the one who reads your code and writes the memo.
What is the Technical Control Audit?
A fixed-fee, ten-working-day review of architecture, AI stack, security, spend, vendors, and team. You get a written decision memo and a 90-day roadmap. No obligation afterwards.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, quoted on the fit call once we know the size of the codebase and the decisions in front of you. Interim engagements are priced monthly.
Is this a replacement for a full-time CTO?
No. It covers the window before you can hire one, or when the one you have is stretched. Often the job includes helping you hire the person who takes over.
Do you write code?
When it is the fastest way to settle a decision. If you need more developers, we will say so and point you to people we trust.
Who is it for?
Founder-led companies from pre-seed through Series A with up to about fifteen engineers, and executives at established organizations facing an AI adoption or modernization decision.
